Disability Services Consulting
$40 per hour
This Service includes an intake session to assess needs.
Research all services available to fill those needs.
Assist in applying for those services
Transition/ Post-secondary Training
Training clients to be active, responsible, and productive members of their community
Community Based Instruction
$50 per hour without insurance. Medicaid billing to come in the near future.
This includes taking a client into the community to learn social skills, money management, budgeting, independent, and daily living skills.
Supported Employment
$50 per hour / Medicaid Waiver Billing coming soon.
* Interviewing clients to find career and/ or job interests.
* Providing pre-employment training in those areas where needed
* Locating prospective job sites
* Completing the application and interview process with the client
* Assist the client in on-site training
Fading supports until they can work independently
Grant Writing
This includes locating and writing grants to assist with client needs.
Intake and locating needed grants
$40 per hour
This service includes meeting with the client/ family to discuss areas of need. Then researching grants that may be available to meet those needs.
Writing Grants for $2000.00 or less
$100
This includes completing small grant applications and obtaining necessary letters of medical necessity.
Writing Grants for more than $2000.00
$200.00
This includes completing multi-page grant applications and obtaining necessary medical history, and letters of medical necessity.
